  • Education: Candidates having degree in Engineering.
  • Vacancies : 40.
  • Last Date to Apply : 22 November 2017 till 12:00 hrs

TES-39 recruitment 2018

Indian Army NotificationIndian Army releases notification for 39th Technical Entry Scheme for 10+2 candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM). Furthermore, this notification is for the course commencing on July 2018. Also, important points are below:

  • Age limit : 16.5 to 19.5 years as on 1 July 2018.
  • Education: Candidates must have 70% in PCM.
  • Vacancies : 90.
  • Last Date to Apply : 29 November 2017 till 10:00 hrs

SLR or Statutory Liquidity Ratio is define as the percentage of funds maintain by banks in the form of liquidity
assets at any point in time.

Base Rate

It is the minimum interest rate which is charge by bank from its customers.


Marginal Standing facility Ratio or MSFR is define as special window for banks to borrow money from RBI
against government securities in emergency situations.

Bank Rate

It is the rate by which RBI lends money to banks on long term basis.

What comprises in Bank Exam process ?

The process of banking exams in India normally comprises :

  • Preliminary Exams.
  • Mains Exams and Interview.

Preliminary Exam consists of three exams of 60 minutes namely :

  • Reasoning Ability (35 questions)
  • Quantitative Ability (35 questions) and
  • English Knowledge (30 questions)

One need to clear cut-off all three section as well as in overall cut-off.

After clearing Prelimanary exams, candidates gives Mains exam of 200 marks (time varies according to nature of exam) which comprise :

  • Reasoning
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • English Language
  • General Knowledge (with special reference to banking industry) and
  • Additional paper on nature of Job / qualification.

Also, there is one separate descriptive English exam (2 questions) for candidates.

Furthermore, successfull candidates participates in Interview.
Finally, candidates who clears all bank exam process are given the joining letter of the respective banks.
